What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is confirmed per style and colourway, and is quoted in our first reply. It depends on the fabric, the number of colourways, the decoration method and the line the style runs on.
How long does production take?
Lead time is quoted against your specification and our current line schedule, and is confirmed in the costing. Cutting, sewing and finishing run to a planned schedule rather than to order intake, which is what keeps the quoted date reliable.
Can we order samples?
Yes. Development and pre-production samples are available on request. Please include the fabric, GSM, size range and any artwork with your inquiry.
What are your payment terms?
TT and LC are both accepted. Bank details are released with the proforma invoice, and the PI or LC number should be quoted in the bank reference.
Which certifications do you hold?
amfori BSCI (audit completed, C grade, monitoring ID 23-0223470), Sedex, OEKO-TEX, WRAP, ISO 9001:2015 and Accord on Fire & Building Safety. We are a member of BKMEA and registered with the Export Promotion Bureau and the Chief Controller of Export & Import. Full records are on the compliance page.
Can we audit your factory?
Yes, and we encourage it. Buyer audits are welcome at both the factory and the head office. Tell us your audit window when you inquire and we will schedule it.
Do you ship on our terms?
FOB, CIF and DDP are all quoted on request, by sea or air. Packing follows the buyer's specification — folding, poly-bagging, labelling, hang tags and carton marking.
